the staff was friendly. i had a supreme beautiful room balcony it was clean. breakfast offered a good variety of choices. the pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere.
the hotel seemed a bit dated. the taxi service offered by the hotel was more expensive. i noticed the absence of an elevator.

the staff were helpful. they provided suggestions for the area. a shuttle service was a perk. the pool area felt relaxing.
the toilet sometimes smelled, so i told reception. housekeeping sprayed perfume.

really good service local touch
The staff provided really good service. the papaya salad course was a pleasant surprise. It added a local touch to our stay. the complimentary cocktails by the pool were refreshing, a perfect complement to the tranquil environment.

stale pastries no elevator
The breakfast selection was not great. the fruit tasted old, and i think the pastries seemed stale. the elevator situation was not good either. I had to carry my heavy bag up two flights of stairs. It was not a fun start to my trip.
